I am working as a scientific researcher in the Earthquake Hazard and Risk Assessment team of SED since August 2019.

My work at the SED concerns the investigation of site-effects, implementation and operation of seismic risk model at a city scale for Basel, Switzerland. My research interest is focused on the assessment of spatial variation of seismic ground motion in the active and near source regions by means of seismic data analysis and numerical simulation. My activities also include seismic risk evaluation, site-effects and microzonation studies, and vulnerability assessment of buildings.
