My research interest is broad and covers physics of earthquake sources, regional tectonics, time series analysis, Bayesian inversion techniques and advancements to seismic hazard assessment. At the SED I am focusing on the physics-based improvement of the Swiss ground motion model; advancements to model the ground motion at depth; and applications with Japanese and Swiss data.
